UFO OVNI Or Drone Antigravity Technology Over Mexico On April 10 2013, Tijuana

Date of sighting: April 10, 2013
Location of sighting: Tijuana, Mexico

Eyewitness states (translated from Spanish):An object with a glowing static moved without making noise and sudden movements that almost after an hour and a half it was still bright. It’s weird because in other times that I recorded the same object with the same behavior, not sure whether it is a drone or some other object is not known.
